Gordon Wei, born in 1973, has been managing treasury risk for Huawei since July, 2013.
He joined Huawei in 2004, initially worked in the Corporate Funding area. In January 2007, he was assigned to lead a full scale transformation for group treasury. The transformation set up the foundation of today’s treasury management structure, including treasury centers, cash pools and a Quantum TMS system. After completion of the project, he assumed responsibility to lead the Corporate Funding team and managed Huawei’s first bond issuance 2012. He was sent to London in 2013 to set up the Financial Risk Control Center for Huawei, and take direct responsibility for treasury risk management.
2017 he has taken extra responsibility as the Global Process Owner for group treasury. And recently he was appointed as the General Manager and Director for Huawei Global Finance Company.
After working as an asset liability manager in a small Swiss bank, Felix Meyer’s background in Treasury started as a financial consultant implementing Treasury management solutions for large corporate clients at the solution provider Trema Treasury Management Systems (now ION/WallStreetSystems). This experience led him to join the corporate Treasury department of the Swiss/Swedish corporate ABB, where he was responsible for both technical and business sides of the treasury management solution. His skillset expanded into project management, where he led several successful upgrades of the treasury management system.
In his latest position as IS Business Engagement Manager for Treasury, he served as the senior product manager of treasury solutions (areas include insurance/captive/trade finance/pensions/treasury operations) as well as head of the Treasury IS organization.
His background includes certifications in Treasury (ACT), project management (PMP), product management (certified scrum product owner) and technical areas ( SQL server administration). Felix is currently adding to his skillset by pursuing a cyber security certification; he is currently seeking his next challenge in the treasury/IT space.
After initially starting my professional life as a research scientist I decided to retrain as an accountant with Horwarth Clarke Whitehill in London, gaining my ACA qualification in 2008. Shortly after, I relocated to the South West to work for Capita Financial Group managing a range of listed private equity funds before moving to work for Babcock’s Martine & Technology Division. During the 7 years I was at Babcock I held a number of management position across Central, Operational and Divisional finance. With increasing responsibility for divisional Fx management I decided my broaden my knowledge, gaining my AMCT qualification in 2014. In 2017 I joined Flybe, the largest independent airline in Europe, as Head of Treasury. In this role I am responsible for all aspects of treasury including liquidity management, Fx and commodity trading, risk, compliance and counterparty management. I also overseeing the revenue protection and fraud teams.
Helmut Schnabel is Chairman of IGTA, International Group of Treasury Associations, comprised of around 30 member associations from all continents. He is as well Chairman of GEFIU, the Association of Chief Financial Officers Germany. He started his professional career at an industrial corporation in New York, N.Y., USA. He later has worked for many years as Head of Group Treasury of a leading German chemical and pharmaceutical industrial corporation group, and also as managing board member responsible for asset management of a corporate pension insurance corporation and subsequently of a Swiss asset management firm. Presently he is active by way of his own asset management advisory firm. He is also teaching in management seminars on financing matters.
Shahrokh Moinian is Managing Director and Global Head of Cash Products within Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking. Based in Frankfurt, he has responsibilities for running the product strategy, investments, innovation, resource allocation and overall product profitability globally. He is also the sponsor of Deutsche Bank’s Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) initiative across the organization. Prior to that, Shahrokh was the Head of Trade Finance & Cash Management Corporates business in the Americas, based in New York. Before his Americas mandate, he occupied various leadership roles in Deutsche Bank’s Cash Management sales, product and solution
design franchise in EMEA.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2001, Shahrokh had a three-year tenure as the Corporate Treasurer of Essilor, a French multinational in the optical lenses industry. He began his career at Citibank in Europe in the early 1990s, occupying various positions in relationship management, cash management and trade finance.
Shahrokh has a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in Washington DC and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics from Sciences Po in Paris, France.
Noel Cullen is an experienced finance and treasury consultant with a demonstrated history of working cross sector, currently with a focus on the financial services industry. He brings knowledge of outsourcing, shared services and of applying cognitive and automation technology that offer next-level value to finance and treasury functions.
Greg is responsible for consulting with – and providing strategic treasury solutions to – corporates of all sizes across the globe. He draws from more than 18 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Treasury Professional to demonstrate how technology can add value to their organisation by optimising cash and risk management processes and working capital strategies to improve productivity, mitigate operational and financial risk and add treasury-led strategic business value.
Greg has worked for leading global treasury operations, including those at Microsoft, EMC Corporation and Wall Street Systems, and was most recently Director of Global Treasury Operations at Boston Scientific. Although American, Greg is married to a Brit and following many transatlantic flights earlier this year, has finally moved permanently to the UK!
Philip Wielenga is a certified ex-treasurer with 15 years of hands-on experience, working at international companies. During the last 8 years, Philip worked together with Trinity and helped many corporate clients with the streamlining of their treasury- and payment processes.
Somewhat a veteran of the payment and banking world specialising in bank based payments ranging from an individual supplier payment for an SME through to collecting millions of payments a day for larger organisations. Initially focusing on the UK market but now with experience on a wider geographical scale, has led the introduction of many major innovations in the industry.
Being extensively involved in exploiting the latest developments in open banking together with an expansion in the use or real-time payments, is well placed to explore the way the world is changing and how this will impact businesses of all types and sizes.
Ion Sclifos, Head of Treasury & Financial risk of Orange Romania (covering five entities), the domestic subsidiary of the Orange group (leader of the Romanian telecommunication market), passed fourteen years of experience in the area of corporate finance ( treasury, financing), business development and controlling in the telecommunication sector.

Winny graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MPhil Distinction in Management Studies. She started her finance career with professional accountancy firms, including Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where she completed her ACA training. This provided valuable experience, leading Winny to working for the Global Media Enterprise, Viacom, where she travelled extensively, accumulating further expertise whilst working in different business environments and cultural settings.
Almost twelve years ago, Winny joined the fast growing pharmaceuticals company PPD, where she contributed to the significant growth of the company. She took on further professional training with ACT and helped PPD set up its current global treasury function. PPD is now a leading global contract research organization providing comprehensive, integrated drug development, laboratory and life cycle management services. PPD has 20,000 employees and operates in 100 + countries.
In a recent interview, Winny was described as ‘[having] a willingness to up sticks and move to where the action is, plus a strong commitment to the treasury discipline, Winny Li’s career has all the hallmarks of the exemplary 21st-century treasurer.
Catherine joined CBRE in December 2015 as EMEA Treasury Director. CBRE Group, Inc. is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Current projects include roll-out of a payment factory solution and regional cash management automation.
Catherine has worked in property, not for profit, leasing, technology and shipping including working for 7 years outside the UK, mostly in Germany. Catherine has experience as a Trustee-Director and Investment Committee member of a defined benefit pension scheme, is a member of the Finance Committee of the Academy of Medical Sciences and engaged with activities at the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Catherine is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (FCT) and a Chartered Accountant.

Nick is the Founder and Chairman of CheckRisk, a RiskTech firm that advises on over £80bn of pension, insurance, and fund management assets globally.
Nick was educated at Haileybury College & ISC and the George Washington University in Washington DC. He was an individual member of the London Stock Exchange with Kitcat and Aitken and Scrimgeour Vickers.
He was then director in charge of International Equity and US Equity sales with James Capel Pacific in Tokyo. Nick then worked at Goldman Sachs on the US Equity desk in London. In 1990, he joined TIR and as President managed its expansion until it was sold to E*TRADE. Nick was Chairman and headed the risk management committee of Investor Select Advisors (ISA), a fund of funds, and headed the sale of that business to Duet Group in London.
He was a non-executive director for risk at Zurich Bank and Dunbar Bank both part of the Zurich Insurance Group. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (FCSI).
Nick is a guest speaker on risk at the University of Bath as well as being an external reviewer for the Applied Psychology and Economic Behaviour course at the University. He is also a regular contributor on Newstalk Ireland, Reuters, Bloomberg, The Sunday Business Post, and CNN. Nick has published a short paper with Dr. Richard Fairchild on emotional finance, a study of behavioural economics.
Nick holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s licence and has flown the Atlantic solo six times.
Kevin is a co-founder and the CEO of TreasurySpring.
He started his career in 2002 as a lawyer with international law firm, Weil, working as a corporate finance lawyer in the firm’s London and New York offices.
In 2006, he joined Pentagon Capital Management Plc, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, where he met his TreasurySpring co-founders and went on to become co-General Counsel and a member of the firm’s investment committee.
In 2010, Kevin and his co-founders established Autumn Capital, an FCA-regulated advisory firm where they advised on more than $10 Billion of short-dated assets before selling the business to AgFe, a European fixed income specialist, which they joined as Partners, in late 2013.
Kevin led the short-dated investments group at AgFe from 2014 until he departed to establish TreasurySpring in 2016.

Stefan Windisch has been working at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Switzerland for the past 9 years in several Finance roles. Since 5 years he is working in Treasury Operations as Senior Cash Manager, overseeing the European region, its bank relationships and is responsible for the Roche Group’s short term liquidity planning. Prior to Roche he worked as Financial Controller for a FMCG company and a leasing company in UK and Germany.
Thomas Eberle is Managing Director and Head of Corporate Cash Management Sales EMEA within Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Bank.
Prior to this role he was responsible for Trade Finance and Cash Management in the central region of Germany and was additionally leading the teams for working capital finance, lending, and cash management structuring.
Thomas has more than 25 years industry experience, in which he has undertaken various roles in the corporate banking area including coverage banking and credit risk management.
Lord Mark Malloch‐Brown is a former number two in the United Nations as well as having served in the British Cabinet and Foreign Office. He is active both in business and in the non-profit world, and also remains deeply involved in international affairs.
He serves on a number of commercial boards for business with global markets. He also chairs Best For Britain, an advocacy group engaged in the debate about Britain’s relations with the EU.
He served as Deputy Secretary‐General and Chief of Staff of the UN under Kofi Annan. For six years before that he was Administrator of the UNDP, leading the UN’s development efforts around the world. He was later Minister of State in the Foreign Office, covering Africa and Asia, and was a member of Gordon Brown’s cabinet. Other positions have included vice-chairman of George Soros’s Investment Funds, as well as his Open Society Institute, a Vice‐President at the World Bank and the lead international partner in a political consulting firm. He also has served as Vice-Chairman of the World Economic Forum. He began his career as a journalist at The Economist.
He chairs or is on the Board of a number of non-profit boards including the International Crisis Group and the Open Society Foundation.
Lord Malloch-Brown is also a Distinguished Practitioner of the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University and an adjunct fellow at the Queen Elizabeth Programme at Chatham House. He was formerly a visiting distinguished fellow at the Yale Centre for the Study of Globalisation. He has a number of honorary degrees. He was knighted in 2007 for his contribution to international affairs.
He is the author of “The Unfinished Global Revolution” that casts an autobiographical lens on the state of the world. In 2005 Time Magazine put him on its list of the 100 most influential people in the world. He continues to write, broadcast and lecture about international issues.
Arron “finux” Finnon has been involved in security research and consultation for a over 12 years. Arron has discussed a wide range of security related topics at a number of high profiled international Security/Hacking conferences, as well as producing over 100 security related podcasts. Interviewing countless security professionals as part of the Finux Tech Weekly podcast show. His security research and consultation have helped businesses around the globe better develop the effectiveness of their security posture in detecting and mitigating cyber attacks.
During Arron’s time at The University of Abertay Dundee he was awarded the SICSA Student Open Source Award for his Advocacy of Free and Open Source software for his work whilst president of The UAD Linux Society. A subject matter he is still very passionate about even today.
Arron currently is the Chief Technical Officer for Krohn and Partners where he oversees the technical and security requirements of the business, as well as offering security consultation and services to Krohn and Partners clients.
Mr. McAnulty was appointed Group Treasurer of Richemont, one of the leading luxury goods companies, in 2000 and is based in Geneva. In addition to coordinating all treasury activities, he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s global pension, insurance and enterprise risk programmes.
Prior to joining Richemont, he worked from 1989 for SmithKline Beecham plc undertaking a variety of roles in finance and strategy development. From 1985, he worked for the Midland Bank group, first in its leasing subsidiary and subsequently in the banks central finance function.
Born in the UK, Mr. McAnulty holds a degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Daniel is the lead partner within PwC’s specialist Working Capital Practice and has worked closely with company management and private equity firms to release cash through operational improvements in the working capital cycle. In total he has more than 20 years
experience in optimising Cash Flow and Working Capital for both distressed and healthy companies across Europe and the US. Experiences including numerous sectors including Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Consumer businesses.
Prior to joining PwC , Daniel was Managing Director of a boutique working capital consultancy, and also worked for an operational restructuring firm focused on operational turnaround management.
Michael has 13 years’ experience of politics and public affairs with an extensive history of advising major clients in the UK, Europe and USA. He leads a team of experts at Lansons with backgrounds across Government, politics and industry in helping clients to ensure favourable regulatory frameworks and policy environments covering financial services, energy, industrials, transport, and tech. His focus is on providing senior counsel to clients on politics, and the development and execution of stakeholder engagement plans.
Prior to agency life, Michael led the lobbying effort for EDF Energy’s nuclear new build plans for Hinkley Point C. Michael spent five years in politics working for former British Energy Minister Charles Hendry MP, where he supported the development of the Conservative Party’s energy policy and helped create the energy sections of the Conservative Party’s manifesto ahead of the 2010 General Election. He was also a press officer for the Conservative Party whilst in opposition, helping to shape messages to appeal to the public and deal with political journalists.
Peter is a Strategic Account Executive in PrimeRevenue’s London office. He joined PrimeRevenue in 2016 and is responsible for partnering with European clients, ranging from multinational large corporates to mid-market companies, to optimise their working capital, deliver on cash flow objectives and strengthen their supply chains.
Prior to this, Peter spent 16 years with HSBC Group working in both Europe and Asia Pacific. He was later elevated to head office strategy and leadership roles.

Ian Kirkpatrick joined the London Stock Exchange Group in 2010 and has worked exclusively as part of the Group’s Treasury team since 2014. He is responsible for managing the operations and relationships associated with the Group’s funding, foreign exchange, interest rate and credit risks, as well as cashflow management for the Group. Born in South Africa, Mr. Kirkpatrick has 12 years of industry experience, holds a Business Science degree, is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Michael’s career includes 14 years at Deutsche Bank and 10 years at UBS, always heading Fixed Income trading and sales teams regionally and globally. His last positions at UBS were Co-Head of European Credit Trading, Global Head of UBS FI Retail Trading and member of the IB board of UBS Switzerland. Under his leadership, his team pioneered several market leading electronic trading platforms. In 2012 Michael co-founded Algomi, an award-winning fintech enabling fixed income professionals to harness data to make valuable financial trading connections. Michael holds a degree in Economics from the University of Dusseldorf.
